Baseball and Softball Registration Now Open
Our Lady of Guadalupe Helotes CYO is excited to let you know that registration is now open for Baseball and Softball.
Register online at www.olghelotescyo.org and click on "Click to Register" button from Sunday, Jan 29th – Sunday, Feb 26th. Credit Card Payments Only. Payment must be received before Feb 26th to be placed on a team.
~Baseball: Ages 6-14
~Softball: Ages 6-14
~T-Ball: Ages 4-5 (Co-ed)
$150 registration fee, uniform included – please make sure to select jersey and pant size during registration. No uniform fitting this sports year. ****Please include up to 3 jerseys numbers in order of preference. Returning players can keep last year’s jersey numbers.
**** If you are a returning player and registering late you will not be guaranteed your existing team***
If new to CYO - player or coaches request will not be honored.
Your son or daughter will be placed in the correct division based on Date of Birth
Registration Requirements:
- Players must be registered parishioners, or must live within Our Lady of Guadalupe - Helotes parish boundaries (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Please call (210) 695-8791 if you are out of boundary, but a parishioner at OLG and the parish office will be able to validate. http://zonelocator.sportspilot.com/
- Proof of residence (bill, parish envelope, etc.) and Birth Certificate for the child that is registering to participate will be required at the beginning of the season (New players to CYO only)
Important Information:
- MASKS MAY be required at different facilities. More details to follow once information is received.
- Practices may start February 27 or later once all teams have been formed and finalized.
- Practices are not set at this time but will vary pending head coach’s availability. Location and practice times to be determined. Practice times will be between 6:30pm - 8:30pm.
- Regular Season – 3/31/23 – 5/21/23
- Zone Playoffs – 5/23/23 – 5/28/23 (time/weather permitting)
- City Playoffs – 5/30/23 – 6/4/23 (time/weather permitting)
- Spring Break - 3/13/23 - 3/17/23
- Palm Sunday - 4/2/23
Games will be played on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Friday games may start at 6 pm and Sunday games at 1 pm.
