Our Lady of Guadalupe Helotes CYO is excited to let you know that registration is now open for Flag Football, Soccer and Volleyball.
Register online at www.olghelotescyo.org and click on "Click to Register" button from Sunday, July 28th – Friday, August 23rd. Credit Card Payments Only. Payment must be received before 8/23to be placed on a team.
~Flag Football, and Soccer: Co-ed, ages 4-14
~Volleyball: Girls, ages 6-14
$150 registration fee, uniform included – please make sure to select jersey and short size during registration.
****Please include up to 3 jerseys numbers in order of preference. Returning players can keep last year’s jersey numbers.
**** If you are a returning player and registering late you will not be guaranteed your existing team***
If new to CYO - player or coaches request will not be honored.
Your son or daughter will be placed in the correct division based on Date of Birth.
Registration Requirements:
- Players must be registered parishioners, or must live within Our Lady of Guadalupe - Helotes parish boundaries (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Please call (210) 695-8791 if you are out of boundary, but a parishioner at OLG and the parish office will be able to validate.
- Proof of residence (bill, parish envelope, etc.) and Birth Certificate for the child that is registering to participate will be required at the beginning of the season (New players to CYO only)
Important Information:
- Practices may start August 26th or later once all teams have been formed and finalized.
- Practices are not set at this time but will vary pending the head coach’s availability. (Practice times to be determined.)
- Regular Season – 9/27/24 – 11/3/24
- Zone Playoffs – 11/5/24 – 11/10/24 (time/weather permitting)
- City Playoffs – 11/12/24 – 11/11/24 (time/weather permitting)
