OLG Helotes CYO Fall Sports Registration is Now Open!
Our Lady of Guadalupe (OLG) Helotes CYO is excited to announce that registration is now open for Flag Football, Soccer, Volleyball, and Cheer!
Registration Information
Registration Fees
Flag Football, Soccer & Volleyball
- $150 registration fee
- $3.50 credit card processing fee
- Uniform included
Cheer Registration
New cheerleaders or returning cheerleaders needing a new uniform:
- $150 registration fee
- $3.50 credit card processing fee
- Cheer uniform included
Returning cheerleaders who do NOT need a new uniform:
- $50 registration fee
- $3.50 credit card processing fee
During registration, returning cheerleaders who do not need a new uniform must select:
"Check this box only if you do not need a new cheer uniform."
Selecting this option will automatically apply a $100 credit to the registration fee.
Fall & Winter Cheer
Registration for Fall Cheer automatically carries over to Winter Cheer. No additional winter registration is required.

Sunday, July 26 – Friday, August 21
Register online at www.olghelotescyo.org by clicking the "Click to Register" button.
Payment Information
- Credit card payments only.
- Payment must be received by August 21 for your child to be placed on a team.
Late Registration
Late registration begins Saturday, August 22 and will remain open only to fill incomplete teams.
- The $50 late registration fee will be waived if your child is placed on a team that has not reached the minimum number of players.
- If your child is added to a team that already meets or exceeds the minimum roster size, the $50 late registration fee will apply.

- Ages 3–12
- Children born 9/1/2022–8/31/2023 may participate only in the TOT Division.
During Registration
Please be prepared to:
- Select your jersey and shorts sizes.
- Provide up to three preferred jersey numbers in order of preference.
- Returning players may keep last year's jersey number whenever possible.
- Attend a uniform fitting. The date, time, and location will be announced later.
Team Placement
- Returning players who register after August 21 are not guaranteed placement on their previous team.
- Requests for specific coaches or teammates cannot be accommodated, including requests from new CYO participants.
- Teams are formed without consideration of parent, player, or coach requests.
- Players are assigned to the appropriate division based on their date of birth.
Registration Requirements
Participants must:
- Be registered parishioners of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, or
- Reside within the Our Lady of Guadalupe–Helotes parish boundaries.

Who coaches the teams?
OLG CYO is a volunteer-based program. Many parents serve as head and assistant coaches and are committed to teaching the fundamentals of each sport while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and faith.
How long do games last?
Approximately one hour.
Game Days
- Friday: 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Games are played at participating parishes throughout the Archdiocese of San Antonio.
Game schedules will be released approximately one week before Opening Weekend.

Parent Volunteer Requirement
